The launch markets include many of the same many major cities, including Miami, New York, Cleveland, Chicago, Austin, San Francisco and Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p>The listing displays are still powered by <strong>HouseCanary\u2019s ComeHome.com<\/strong> platform. However, in the California test markets, listings are provided directly from <strong>California Regional MLS<\/strong> (CRMLS) while listings nationwide brokered by an agent affiliated with an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/exp-acquires-nexthome-agnt\/?utm_campaign=3404123-Newsletter%20-%20Real%20Estate%20Daily&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;_hsenc=p2ANqtz-8LRDj_UiqoWC_a7y8Up7SctQRgoEnhvyPvL9C06mCWxOQ2YL2YeoOLNqKvVtATK46nHZ7V-8a4IpFS9kxmjJlb8RO3Bg&amp;_hsmi=417725080&amp;utm_content=417725080&amp;utm_source=hs_email\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>eXp World Holdings\u2019<\/strong> brand<\/a>, are being provided by eXp through national MLS platform <strong>MyState<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson for HouseCanary confirmed to HousingWire that this is just a continuation of the pilot program the company launched with Google late last year.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>eXp Realty <\/strong>CEO Leo Pareja told HousingWire that the integration is an expansion of his firm\u2019s previously announced syndication agreement with ComeHome.com to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/exp-coming-soon-syndication\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">premarket the firm\u2019s coming soon listings, which is also being powered by MyState.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs soon as we worked out the coming soon listings, we pivoted to make sure they had all of our listings,\u201d Pareja said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pareja added that they eventually hope to see this pilot program go nationwide.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI believe Gemini is going to be one of the winners of the LLM race and making sure our data is on Google seems like the responsible thing for visibility and transparency,\u201d Pareja said. \u201cWhile other companies are focused on exclusivity and walled gardens, we are focused on transparency and maximum exposure for our clients.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>CRMLS did not wish to comment on\u00a0the pilot program or its relationship with HouseCanary and Google.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As real estate listing portals, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/zillow-chatgpt-launch-app-integration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Zillow<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/redfin-chatgpt-home-search\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Redfin<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/realtorcom-chatgpt-app-launch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Realtor.com<\/strong><\/a>, have begun launching application integrations within LLMs like <strong>OpenAI\u2019s ChatGPT,<\/strong> many in the housing industry have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/zillow-chatgpt-integration-redefine-or-violate-mls-policies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">questioned <\/a>if this usage falls within MLS data usage and IDX feed rules.
