Eligible borrowers can receive personalized interest rate discounts designed to lower <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/homebuyer-affordability-improves-february\/\">monthly mortgage payments<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The offer is available across multiple loan products, including <strong>Federal Housing Administration<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/mortgage-rankings\/fha-loans\/\">FHA<\/a>) loans, and can be combined with existing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/jpmorgan-mortgage-originations-2025\/\">Chase<\/a> incentives such as the lender\u2019s Relationship Pricing discount program, according to a company spokesperson.<\/p>\n<p>The Relationship Pricing Program is a mortgage discount program that lowers a borrower\u2019s interest rate based on how much money they keep or move into eligible Chase deposit and investment accounts.<\/p>\n<p>Under the program, borrowers may qualify for a rate reduction ranging from 5 to 100 basis points when buying a home or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/mortgage-rankings\/refinance\/\">refinancing<\/a> a mortgage. The discounts are tied to both existing balances and new assets transferred to J.P. Morgan Wealth Management or Chase accounts.<\/p>\n<p>Customers do not need to be existing Chase banking clients to participate in the rate promotion, and there are no additional eligibility requirements beyond qualifying for a mortgage.
