According to the filing, the opt-in period for the Tuccori settlement closes on Monday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The terms and financial conditions of the settlement were not released.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/douglas-elliman-transformation\/\">Douglas Elliman<\/a>\u2019s settlement announcement comes as the homebuyer plaintiffs in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/remax-batton-settlement-8-5m\/\">Batton<\/a> lawsuit have sought to prevent other brokerage defendants from settling the homebuyer claims via the Tuccori suit opt-in settlement. So far, the Batton plaintiffs have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/batton-intervene-tuccori-denied\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">been denied<\/a> in their efforts to intervene in the Tuccori lawsuit.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>But the Batton plaintiffs and the Lutz plaintiffs are jointly seeking to appoint the Tuccori plaintiffs\u2019 counsel as co-lead counsel in their lawsuits.
