The company is following through with that promise by announcing several incentives with the purpose of \u201ctripling down\u201d on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/tag\/purchase-market\/\">purchase lending<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Following a February announcement of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/rocket-pro-compass-40bps-jupiter\/\">three-year partnership<\/a> between Rocket Pro \u2014 the wholesale lending arm of\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/tag\/rocket-mortgage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rocket Mortgage<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/company\/compass-real-estate\/\">Compass<\/a><\/strong>, Rocket Pro\u2019s first Power Play involves the increase of its purchase credit to 60 basis points.<\/p>\n<p>This can be stacked with an existing 40-bps incentive tied to transactions involving agents affiliated with <strong>Compass International Holdings<\/strong> brands, which include Compass, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/largest-nyc-coldwell-banker-affiliate-launches-new-independent-firm-called-myny\/\">Coldwell Banker<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/century-21-ceo-adding-latino-agents-is-key-to-serving-70-of-net-new-homebuyers\/\">Century 21<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/premier-sothebys-international-realty-cfo\/\">Sotheby\u2019s International Realty<\/a><\/strong>, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Combined, the incentives create a potential 100-bps pricing advantage for brokers working with these agents, a move designed to help them compete more aggressively for home purchase deals.<\/p>\n<p>In a conversation with <strong>HousingWire<\/strong> ahead of the announcement, Katie Fisher (formerly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/winner-profile\/2025-woman-of-influence-katie-sweeney\/\">Sweeney<\/a>), executive vice president of strategy and broker advocacy at Rocket Pro, said the incentives are part of a broader effort to provide brokers with \u201call the tools, all the services, all the incentives\u201d needed to compete during the spring and summer homebuying seasons.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBack in February at Ignite, we made a couple of commitments to the broker community,\u201d Fisher said. \u201cOne, that we were going to double down on our commitment to them. \u2026 And our second commitment was that we were going to do everything that we could to enable their success in a purchase market.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition to pricing changes, Rocket Pro is introducing tools intended to help brokers identify and expand agent relationships. <\/p>\n<p>A feature within its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/rocket-pro-unvelis-new-technology-products\/\">Navigate platform<\/a> is described as a \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/better-com-chatgpt-shift\/\">ChatGPT<\/a> built exclusively for loan officers.\u201d It will allow brokers to surface agents they\u2019ve worked with over the past three years and generate suggested outreach, while a separate integration with Model Match is designed to identify new potential agent partners.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNavigate is for the agents that you know and you want to work with again; Model Match is for the agents that you want to meet and get to know. And we\u2019re going to help you do both,\u201d Fisher said. \u201cSo we really want to make sure we\u2019re not just giving price, but we\u2019re giving all of the tools, trying to create a smarter and stronger way to start the purchase season.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The company is also rolling out a suite of marketing and sales materials \u2014 including a partner playbook, presentations and social media assets \u2014 to help brokers convert these relationships into closed loans. Fisher credited <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/rocket-pro-austin-niemiec-broker-focus\/\">Austin <\/a><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/rocket-pro-austin-niemiec-broker-focus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Niemiec<\/a>\u2018s\u00a0return<\/span> to lead Rocket Pro as a catalyst for the incentives.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe just want to empower the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/tag\/mortgage-broker\/\">broker<\/a> community to be as successful as possible. Compass is an avenue to do that. \u2026 Pricing incentives are a way to do that.
