They will now operate within <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/real-2025-revenue-2b\/\">Real\u2019s<\/a> platform while maintaining their existing team structures brands and client relationships, leaders said.<\/p>\n<p>Legends Real Estate Group evolved from <strong>REMAX Legends<\/strong> \u2014 a multi-office brokerage founded in 2011 by Larissa Benson and Sarah Morra. Agents and teams associated with Legends Real Estate Group closed roughly $250 million in home sales in 2025, according to the company, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/brokerage-profile\/re-max-legends-buford-ga\/\">posted<\/a> similar numbers on the most recent <strong>RealTrends Verified<\/strong> rankings.<\/p>\n<p>Several teams from the former brokerage are joining the new group \u2014 including <strong>The Danka Real Estate Team<\/strong>, <strong>The Gwin Team<\/strong>, <strong>Your Home of GA Team<\/strong>, <strong>The Lawson Group<\/strong> and <strong>Live in the ATL<\/strong> \u2014 along with independent agents.<\/p>\n<p>Those teams will continue to operate under their existing brands while aligning under the Legends Real Estate Group structure within Real.<\/p>\n<p>Benson said the transition was designed to allow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/top-agents-consistency-reputation\/\">agents<\/a> to continue operating independently while accessing shared tools and resources.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe built Legends around the idea that agents should have the freedom to grow their businesses their way,\u201d Benson said. \u201cReal offered the strongest alignment with how our agents actually work.
