{"id":47282,"date":"2026-03-12T21:19:44","date_gmt":"2026-03-12T18:19:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mk.gen.tr\/propy-expands-ai-title-rollup-with-florida-acquisition\/"},"modified":"2026-03-12T21:19:44","modified_gmt":"2026-03-12T18:19:44","slug":"propy-expands-ai-title-rollup-with-florida-acquisition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mk.gen.tr\/tr\/propy-expands-ai-title-rollup-with-florida-acquisition\/","title":{"rendered":"Propy expands AI title rollup with Florida acquisition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Propy <\/strong>has acquired the title division of <strong>Boss Law<\/strong> as part of the company\u2019s effort to expand its presence in institutional real estate transactions.<\/p>\n<p>The deal brings the Florida-based <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/the-digital-future-still-needs-title-insurance-and-the-expertise-of-professionals\/\">title<\/a> operation \u2014 including offices in St. Petersburg and Seminole \u2014 under the Propy Title brand.<\/p>\n<p>Boss Law\u2019s client base includes several large residential real estate investment trusts and wholesale <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/road-act-investor-limits\/\">investors<\/a> handling high volumes of transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Leaders said the transaction represents another step in Propy\u2019s broader expansion strategy focused on acquiring title and settlement operations and integrating them with the company\u2019s technology platform.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re excited to expand into the institutional market, where large real estate operators need infrastructure that can support closings at scale,\u201d said Propy CEO Natalia Karayaneva. \u201cWith closing attorney Chris Boss joining us, we\u2019re accelerating Propy\u2019s adoption among REITs and institutional real estate investors nationwide.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While conventional home sales can take 45 to 60 days to close, Propy cited that institutional investors frequently operate on timelines of five to 14 days.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/florida-agency-network-partners-with-law-firm-to-launch-ol-title\/\">Florida<\/a> represents one of the largest housing markets in the country, with roughly $154.6 billion in residential real estate transactions annually. A growing segment of that activity involves investors who buy and sell properties in rapid cycles as part of large investment portfolios.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition is intended to expand Propy\u2019s capacity to support that type of high-volume activity, the company said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe reached out to Propy because our clients were demanding blockchain security for title deeds,\u201d said Boss Law Owner Chirstopher Boss. \u201cWhat we discovered was a company using AI and blockchain to make title and real estate better for everyone, the investors we serve and our team doing the work. Joining them was an easy call.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Propy has been building a technology platform designed to automate parts of the closing and escrow process.<\/p>\n<p>Its systems use artificial intelligence (AI) to assist with tasks typically handled by title and escrow staff \u2014 including document processing and transaction coordination.<\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s AI platform includes a system called Avery, which Propy describes as an automated escrow officer designed to manage certain elements of closing workflows.<\/p>\n<p>Propy says the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/title-insurance-leaders-bet-on-technology-efficiency-for-2026-growth\/\">technology<\/a> is intended to reduce manual workloads within title operations while allowing existing staff to handle higher transaction volumes.<\/p>\n<p>According to the company, the long-term goal is to reduce manual workloads by about 70% and allow staff at acquired title operations to process roughly twice as many transactions.<\/p>\n<p>The Boss Law acquisition follows Propy\u2019s earlier purchase of <strong>Delta South Title<\/strong> in Alabama \u2014 with plans to invest up to $100 million in additional acquisitions.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Propy has acquired the title division of Boss Law as part of the company\u2019s effort to expand its presence in institutional real estate transactions.
