It arrives at a time when many top-producing agents are grappling with margin compression, higher lead costs<\/a> and burnout after several years of market volatility.<\/p>\n Forsythe<\/a>, a 25-year industry veteran and former brokerage and franchise executive, structures the book around a six-part framework: Focus, Action, Community, Technology, Operations and Resilience. The model is designed to help agents move from reactive \u201chustle\u201d to deliberate business building, according to the announcement.<\/p>\n \u201cAfter 25 years in this industry, the thing that breaks my heart isn\u2019t agents who fail, it\u2019s agents who succeed and still feel empty,\u201d Forsythe said in the announcement. \u201cThey\u2019re closing deals, winning awards and missing their kids\u2019 dinners.
