High-producing St. Louis agent returns to Coldwell Banker

Real estate agent Kristin Sprague has rejoined Coldwell Banker Realty-Gundaker — returning to the brokerage where she began her career in 1995.

Sprague has worked in the St. Louis metro area for more than 25 years. According to the most recent RealTrends Verified rankings, she remains among the most recognized agents in the St. Louis market with nearly $11 million in annual sales volume.

A St. Louis native, Sprague works with home buyers and sellers throughout the region and has maintained a full-time practice during her career. She was most recently affiliated with Keller Williams before returning to Coldwell Banker Realty.
