Harry Norman Realtors appoints Todd Emerson as president

Atlanta-based Harry Norman Realtors is welcoming a new president. The HomeServices of America company announced the appointment of Todd Emerson as its new president on Wednesday. 

“To say that it is a privilege to assume this role is an understatement,” Emerson said in a statement. “I love watching people grow, supporting agents through our industry’s challenges and seeing them reach new milestones in their career.”

Emerson assumes his new role as Jenni Bonura steps down as Harry Norman’s CEO. Bonura has spent the past nine years on the brokerage’s leadership team. 

In a statement, HomeServices CEO Chris Kelly thanked Bonura for her service to the company.

“Her support of Todd in this transition speaks volume to the leadership team leading this extraordinary organization,” Kelly said in a statement. “Todd is one of the industry’s most respected and trusted professionals, and I personally look forward to working with him in this new position.”

Emerson has been part of Harry Norman for over 20 years, most recently serving as general manger. In this role, he oversaw the daily operations of the brokerage and worked directly with the CEO on a variety of projects and strategies. In his new role as president, Emerson will oversee all facets of the brokerage’s operations, with a focus on continued growth and deepening collaboration with the HomeServices of America leadership team. 

“Todd’s steady leadership style, deep understanding of the business, and genuine passion for agent development position him well to lead Harry Norman into its next chapter,” Kelly said.
