Delta Media powers unified digital platform for Keyes and Illustrated Properties

Real estate brokerage firm The Keyes Company and Illustrated Properties is teaming up with Delta Media Group to launch a unified, AI-ready digital platform for its agents and their clients in South Florida.

Developed in partnership with Delta Media Group and built on DeltaNET7, Delta’s enterprise real estate technology, the platform brings consumer websites, agent marketing, training and backend brokerage operations into a single connected ecosystem. Keyes says the platform will provide clients with a faster and more personalized homebuying or selling experience.

“Keyes and Illustrated had a very clear vision for how these platforms needed to work seamlessly across both organizations, for today and tomorrow,” Michael Minard, the CEO of Delta Media Group, said in a statement. “Our role was to support that vision within our DeltaNET ecosystem to deliver a highly advanced, AI-ready platform flexible enough to reflect their DNA while operating at enterprise scale. This level of customization only happens through the closest cooperation, and our collective success was truly the result of a team effort from start to finish.”

The rollout of the new platform includes refreshed public-facing brokerage and commercial websites, enhanced home search tools and streamlined pathways for buyers and sellers to access neighborhood insights, market data and communicate directly with an agent. Additionally, agents will have access to tools, such as drag-and-drop email marketing builders, that will enable them to more seamlessly and accurately build marketing materials.

“The launch of our new integrated platform with Delta Media Group brings together CRM, marketing and multi-channel outreach into a single platform. That means less time navigating disconnected systems and more time building relationships and closing deals,” Madeline Mordarski, the chief marketing officer of Keyes and Illustrated, wrote in an email.

Mordarski added that the platform allows agents to manage and tailor their CRMs, while allowing them to choose between hands-on marketing or automated campaigns.

“The platform is designed to be learned at their own pace, while providing clearer insight into where leads are coming from and how marketing efforts are performing,” Mordarski added. “Every agent also receives an SEO-optimized, fully customizable website included as part of the platform, eliminating the need for costly third-party tools and reducing operating expenses.”

At the brokerage level, Mordarski said the platform unites the firm’s data in an ecosystem that will allow it to deploy AI solutions and tools faster and across the entire organization.

“This creates a stronger foundation for innovation, operational efficiency and long-term scalability,” she wrote. “Ultimately, this launch gives our agents every advantage to grow faster, smarter and more authentically, while reducing the friction that comes with fragmented tools. It’s built for longevity and designed to support our continued growth across Florida.”

The companies noted that website design agency Tiny Wins helped with the project.
