SERHANT. names founding agents for Boston expansion

As SERHANT. enters the Boston market — marking its first presence in Massachusetts and completing its expansion across all major East Coast cities — leaders also announced the five founding Boston agents.

Founding agents include Michael Carucci, Antonio Khoury, Jorge Sariego, Kyle Farrell and Joe Albano, who have collective sales exceeding $600 million over the past year, according to the company.

The Boston expansion marks a homecoming for founder and CEO Ryan Serhant, who was raised in Topsfield, Mass.

Carucci joins SERHANT. along with his team, The Carucci Group. Carucci brings more than 40 years of experience and just under $30 million in volume individually reported on last year’s RealTrends Verified rankings.

Antonio Khoury joins after more than 14 years in the industry. Formerly with Compass, Khoury reported more than $76 million in volume to RealTrends Verified last year.

Sariego brings more than 21 years of industry experience and will lead The Boston ONE Team at SERHANT. He is formerly the broker-owner of Boston One Realty Group.

Farrell and Albano — known as the Prop Cousins — were previously with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices – Robert Paul Properties. They have ranked among the top 1.5% of agents and teams nationwide by RealTrends Verified.

SERHANT.’s Massachusetts operations are led by Christopher Delaney as managing director. He brings 32 years of experience across residential and commercial brokerage, new development and technology-driven ventures. Deborah Hauser, regional managing director of New York, Rhode Island and Connecticut, also oversees Massachusetts.
