He will oversee all operations in Mungo Homes\u2019 Raleigh, Richmond and Triad markets. He will serve on both the Executive Leadership Team and Executive Operations Team, reporting to CEO Geoff Shiley.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have known Ric for many years and am confident he is an excellent cultural fit for our organization,\u201d Shiley said. \u201cRic brings extensive national homebuilding experience, along with deep expertise in land development and acquisitions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMungo Homes has an impressive history of growth and has developed a culture that retains talent,\u201d Rojas said. \u201cI am excited to be a part of the Mungo family.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Mid-Atlantic region adds another layer to Mungo Homes\u2019 regional leadership structure at a time when national builders are tightening execution and looking for scalable oversight in key growth markets.<\/p>\n<p>The new region joins the company\u2019s Coastal region, led by regional president Lee McLoud, and Central region, led by regional president Chris Condon, giving Mungo a three-region platform across its footprint.
