Yannaccone\u2019s promotion comes a little over two months after Compass closed its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/compass-closes-1-6b-anywhere-merger-forms-industry-giant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">$1.6 billion acquisition<\/a> of Anywhere. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/anywhere-real-estate-sue-yannaccone-raise-the-bar-in-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Yannaccone <\/a>most recently served as the president and CEO of Anywhere Brands and Anywhere Advisors since 2020. In this role, Yannaccone oversaw both company-owned brokerage and franchise operations across the company\u2019s six brands, including <strong>Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate<\/strong>, <strong>CENTURY 21<\/strong>, <strong>Coldwell Banker<\/strong>, <strong>Corcoran<\/strong>, <strong>ERA<\/strong> and <strong>Sotheby\u2019s International Realty<\/strong>. She has also previously served as the president of ERA and regional executive vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Yannaccone\u2019s promotion comes a little over two months after Compass closed its $1.6 billion acquisition of Anywhere. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are building the most agent-centric company in the history of real estate, and Sue is going to make sure we do it the right way,\u201d Robert Reffkin, the CEO and chairman of CIH, said in a statement. \u201cHer experience, her instincts and her commitment to our people make her an invaluable part of what we\u2019re creating.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In her new role, Yannaccone will lead enterprise operations for the new holding company.
