New automation is available on the <strong>ResWare<\/strong> platform with integration planned for <strong>SoftPro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery real estate closing involves multiple parties working on different tasks at the same time \u2014 and often hundreds of thousands of dollars moving alongside that coordination,\u201d said Closinglock founder and CEO Andy White. \u201cWhen that much money and that many people are involved, clarity isn\u2019t optional. Law Offices<\/strong>. \u201cI anticipate that the tracker would likely reduce some emails and calls to our staff regarding the status of a client\u2019s file because they will automatically get that information from the tracker.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The update also expands the platform\u2019s connections with title production systems. Closinglock announced a new integration with <strong>Settlor <\/strong>alongside existing integrations with ResWare, SoftPro and <strong>RamQuest<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The integrations allow title professionals to open files directly from their title production systems while automatically syncing identity verification records payment receipts and signed documents.<\/p>\n<p>The company also introduced updates to its document management system \u2014 allowing teams to store document templates within the platform \u2014 and expanded identity verification options.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur vision has always been bigger than any single feature,\u201d White added. \u201cReal estate transactions move money and information at the same time.
